(1) The fund shall have a board of directors with at least seven directors. (2) The following directors shall be in the committee under sub-section (1):-(a) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman (b) Three persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from various services of the Government of Nepal – Directors (c) Two persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from banks, financial institutions and other organized organizations - Director (d) Administrator of the Fund - Director (3) Various services of the Government of Nepal when the Government of Nepal nominates the directors in accordance with (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) Banks, financial institutions and various organized organizations should nominate directors in such a way that they are represented in turn. (4) The term of office of directors other than the administrator will be three years and after the expiry of the term, they can be appointed or nominated for one more time. (5) Without completing the term of office, any If the post of director becomes vacant, for the rest of the period, the post will be filled by the same process by which it was previously filled. (6) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, the appointed or nominated directors according to sub-section (2) may be changed by the Government of Nepal at any time. (7) ) The meeting allowance that the directors will get for participating in the meeting of the committee will be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
